Updated
the Halo mod to 3.5. Weapon mod and sounds updated.
Fixed some colour issues and now it makes a shortcut on you desktop.

Updated the cell shaded soldat mod to v2.0!
Added the new textures from 1.3.0 and a lot of custom textures and the mod now
installs in the mods directory so it can be used next to other mods/default soldat.
